Trumpet Pioneer Skill Level

The Trumpet Pioneer Skill Level is the first level in our system, the first of two beginner levels. Music and exercises written for this level will have a range third space C. A Trumpet Pioneer is a trumpet player who is “exploring” trumpet for the first time. These are absolute beginners.

Range is the most distinguishable characteristic separating the seven skill levels in our system, but every aspect of music is graduated across the seven levels. At the Trumpet Pioneer Skill Level, the music and exercises introduce the very basics of trumpet playing and music.
