Chromatic March is a trumpet quartet on the easier side of advanced. We put the skill level on this piece at the Trumpet Pro level, which is the fifth of seven levels in our system. The highest note in the first trumpet part is B natural above the staff.

What makes Chromatic March interesting is also what makes it just a little difficult to play correctly. The combination of rhythms and angular intervals make it a challenge to prepare and perform.

Origins
