You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions about our products or the process of ordering some items from our store. We do, however, recommend that you first check to see if your question has not already been answered on this page.


Will you let me know when an item is back in stock?

We recognize that most people are too busy to keep checking if an item is back in stock, so we do offer a service that does this for you. Simply enter your email address where requested on the “out of stock” item page. When our stocks of that item are replenished, you will receive an email advising you of this.


Can I pay with my credit card?

You certainly can. We offer a variety of payment methods, all using the secure Paypal payment gateway. The Paypal gateway allows you to use your credit card, debit card, or Paypal account to make purchases from Tiger Music. Simply follow the on-screen prompts that will lead you through the payment process.


What will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs depend on the items you purchase, the delivery destination, and the service you choose. To estimate shipping costs, place the items you want to purchase in your shopping cart. The shipping estimator will use your delivery address to estimate the costs associated with the various shipping options. The final cost of your purchase, including the shipping fees, can be viewed before payment is required so there will be no surprises.

When will my order ship?
We process orders on a first-in first-out basis. Our packing team works very hard to get your package in the mail as quickly as possible. Most orders will leave our business within 24 hours, but during our busiest times you can expect orders to be dispatched within one to two business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We are required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped within the state of Texas. If the delivery address for your order is in the state of Texas, sales tax will automatically be added to your order. All other domestic and international destinations are currently exempt from sales tax will be added.


How do I cancel my order?

Once the payment for your order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled. Kindly follow the returns procedure once your package has been delivered to you. Our administrative team will assist you by issuing a Returns Authorization Number so you can return the items purchased for
a refund.


What should I do if you sent me the wrong item?

Packaging mistakes are rare, but we want to assure you that if we are responsible for sending you the wrong item, we will correct our mistake. If you received an item that is different from the item reflected on your order, please contact us within SEVEN (7) days of delivery of your package so we can arrange an exchange at our expense. After SEVEN (7) days, the sale is considered final and no exchanges will be made.


Can I return one of the items I bought?

Most items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. International customers have a returns period of 45 days from the date of purchase. Please refer to Returns Exclusions on the Returns page for details about items that cannot be accepted for return. Note that Tiger Music cannot process partial returns or partial refunds. If you ordered an incorrect item as part of a larger order, you will need to return the entire order for a refund (less the standard restocking fee and other non-refundable fees). You can place a new order for the correct items at any time before your return has been processed.


What should I do if I cannot open the file I purchased and downloaded?

Can I view my past orders and other information pertaining to my account online?
Yes, your account history dating back to the creation of your Tiger Music online account is available through secured password access. By signing into your online account, you can quickly view past orders and place new orders. Please note that any orders placed before you created your online account will not be part of your order history.


Do you share my email address with other companies?

No, we do not share personal data about our customers with anyone outside our business unless it is necessary for order processing. For example, USPS requires your email address so they can send you the tracking number for your package.
