Most items purchased at Tiger Music may be returned within 30 days* for a refund. Some general exclusions do apply - read further for details on which items cannot be returned.


Returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorization Number. You can obtain a Returns Authorization Number by contacting us using the email address printed on your sales receipt (enclosed with your order). Returns unaccompanied by a Returns Authorization Number will not be processed for a refund. Returns are only accepted within 30 days* of the date of purchase. Returns received after 30 days* will not be processed for a refund. (*International customers have an extended returns period of 45 days, starting from the date of purchase.)


Shipping and handling fees, as well as any customized services (e.g. gift-wrapping, book autographing, personalized gift tags) are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. A standard restocking fee of 25% applies to all domestic and international returns. Additional fees and exclusions apply to international returns.


Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging to qualify for a refund. Ensure that all returned items are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping. Items damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refunds.


Partial Returns and Partial Refunds

Unfortunately, Tiger Music cannot process partial returns or partial refunds. If you ordered an incorrect item as part of a larger order, you will need to return the entire order for a refund (less the standard restocking fee and other non-refundable fees). You may purchase the correct items at any time before, while, or after your return is processed.


Return Exclusions

Due to manufacturer restrictions, recorded media (CDs or DVDs) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink wrap or sticky seal is unopened. Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital purchases cannot be returned or refunded.


Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us and marked as undeliverable, the package will be stored in our facilities for a maximum of 30 days. It is your responsibility to contact us with your correct address. If you provided an erroneous address with your original order or your address changed subsequent to placing the order, you will need to pay the reshipping charge before your package can be shipped to the new address. After 30 days with no contact from you, your package will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned packages.


Did we make a mistake with your order?

Packaging mistakes are rare, but we want to assure you that if we are responsible for sending you the wrong item, we will correct our mistake. If you received an item that is different from the item reflected on your order, please contact us within SEVEN (7) days of delivery of your package so we can arrange an exchange at our expense. After SEVEN (7) days, the sale is considered final and no exchanges will be made.


International Returns

Tiger Music highly recommends that that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import and customs restrictions and requirements PRIOR to placing your order. Any international order returned to us by customs as a result of the package contents not meeting that country’s import restrictions and requirements will be subject to: the international cancellation fee, the original shipping and handling charges, the return shipping fee billed by the carrier for re-entry and delivery in the United States, as well as the standard restocking fee applied to all cancelled orders. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer within eight to twelve weeks of Tiger Music receiving and processing the returned package.


Packages delivered outside the United States may incur customs or import taxes. Tiger Music does not issue refunds to international customers who abandon/refuse shipments or return their order because they wish to avoid paying the customs and/or import taxes.
