When you purchase digital products from Tiger Music, the store's software automatically sends you an email with links to your download products. Unfortunately, not everyone receives the emails. This is usually beyond our control. If you have recently made a digital purchase but have not received the email with the links, then you still have access to your products. Just follow these simple steps:
When you sign in at Tiger Music, it gives you access to all of your account information, including your purchase history. You can access your account information through a menu titled "MY ACCOUNT" which appears on the left side of your screen:
The first item on the "MY ACCOUNT" menu is "My orders". Click on that link to access your recent order information.
When you click on "My orders", it will take you to a screen that looks like this:
Click on the order reference that corresponds with the date of the order you are trying to access. That will expand the screen to display details about that specific order.
After you click on the order reference you are trying to access, scroll down to the product list for that order. It will look something like this:
All of the digital download products for the order should be clickable (if they are not, please inform us immediately so we can fix the problem). To start the download, simply click on the title of the product you want to download.
We understand that this is a bit of a hassle and we apologize for any inconvenience. The store's software is setup to send everyone an email with links to the digital downloads. When you don't get that email, it makes the process a little less convenient. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do about it on our end. So we appreciate your patience and understanding.
